MJ Marks (Melissa J. Marks) brings a salon owner’s perspective to beauty retail leadership—connecting client care, team performance, brand standards, and reliable business systems. A licensed Indiana cosmetologist, she began building her independent beauty business in 2005 and established Three One Seven Salon LLC in 2017.
